In this episode of finding grace I’m joined by Alissa Frazier who is a health coach, therapist, and exercise consultant for women with Multiple Sclerosis.
Alissa believes MS doesn’t have to stop you from having an awesome life and she is on a mission to show people with MS that life is not over after diagnosis.
She is the founder of LissMS which offers a unique three-pronged approach to healing Multiple Sclerosis which includes a nutrient-dense whole foods diet, stress-reduction, and neuro-centered movement.
Alissa and I connected through a previous podcast guest and I look forward to sharing her on here today.
